西洋参中人参总皂苷含量的聚类分析

摘    要:采用比色法测定了不同产地、不同生长年限、不同采收期西洋参根、茎、叶共39个样品中人参总皂苷的含量,应用系统聚类分析法分析了不同采收期总皂苷含量的差异。结果表明:所有样品根、茎、叶中总皂苷含量各聚为一大类,表现为叶根茎。不同产地根中总皂苷含量差异明显。根、茎、叶的总皂苷含量按采收期均可聚为2类:4~6月份的为一组,7~9月份的为一组,7~9月组的总皂苷含量明显高于4~6月组。

Abstract:The content of total saponins were detected by Colorimetry method to the total 39 American ginseng samples with different locations, different growthages and different harvesting times, and the samples include roots, stems and leaves. The data were analyzed with the Spanning Tree Cluster method. The results show that the content of total saponins in the root, stem and leaf of the American ginseng plant have been divided into different classes respectively, and theorder from high to low as root, stem and leaf. There are significant differences among the content of total saponins from the different production regions. Theharvest time could be divided into two categories according to the total saponins content in the root, stem and leaf, one group was those harvested in April, May, June, and another group was in July, August, Septemper, and  it is higher inthe last group.
