| Abstract: | Utility function is put forward for assessing the pipeline failure sequent in order to optimize the decision-making of the pipeline integrity maintenance.Firstly,the utility function signification is explained.In succession,the decision-marking tree of pipeline integrity maintenance is erected and the measures and steps of how to confine and constitute utility function are set forth.Finally,some issues about utility function are emphasized. |
