| 摘 要： | 针对江苏省湿地保护立法的现状和存在的问题,提出了提升湿地立法理念,从根本上改变目前湿地立法的价值追求,创设新型的湿地法律调整机制,完善湿地环境影响评价制度、湿地生物多样性保护法律制度等若干构想。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present legislation about wetlands in Jiangsu and the existing problems,this paper puts forward the ideas of improving wetland legislation,focusing on changing value pursuit of wetland legislation fundamentally,creating a new legislation mechanism as well as improving the evaluation system of wetland environment and the laws on wetland biodiversity conservation. |
