成熟期干旱胁迫对烤烟上部叶组织结构及农艺性状的影响

摘    要:在盆栽条件下研究了成熟期干旱胁迫对烤烟上部叶组织结构及农艺性状的影响,结果表明:在成熟期干旱胁迫条件下,重度干旱对烤烟上部叶细胞组织结构、叶厚、株高、茎围、最大叶面积以及成熟期的影响最大,中度干旱处理次之,轻度干旱处理对各指标影响不明显。研究同时表明轻度干旱可导致烤烟成熟期提前。

Abstract:By cultivated in pots,studied the effect of drought stress at maturing stage on cell tissue and agronomic characters of flue -cured tobacco. The results showed that the effects of seriously drought stress on cell tissue,leaf thickness,plant height,stem girth,the largest leaf area and maturing time were most significant,and which of intermediate drought stress were less significant; while the effects on those indexes of slightly drought stress were not significant.
