匍枝筋骨草再生体系构建

摘    要:为了提高匍枝筋骨草繁殖速度,在短期内获得大量试管苗,为种质资源的安全和有效保存提供技术指导。本研究以匍枝筋骨草为试验材料进行组培试验。用匍枝筋骨草叶片培养获得了组培苗,建立起了良好的扩繁体系。结果表明,采用匍枝筋骨草嫩叶为外植体,3% NaClO处理10 min可达到较好的消毒效果。诱导不定芽增值的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1 mg/L,增殖率高;诱导愈伤的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+2,4-D 0.4 mg/L,所得愈伤组织大而绿,长势良好;诱导生根的最适培养基是MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L,所得根系发达,植株健壮。本实验建立了完整的匍枝筋骨草植株再生体系,为匍枝筋骨草的大规模生产奠定了基础。
