摘    要:为了给植物核苷二磷酸激酶NDPKs的进一步研究提供参考,总结了植物核苷二磷酸激酶(NDPKs)的分类、亚细胞定位、功能及其在植物基因工程中的应用。重点分析了NDPKs功能方面研究的最新进展,NDPKs不仅能够作为一种“看家酶”,维持细胞NDP和NTP代谢平衡,而且还是一组多功能蛋白,参与植物细胞的生长与分化、光敏色素A、紫外线-B、热击响应及氧化胁迫响应中的信号传导等多种生命活动过程,甚至具有核酸酶活性。最后指出植物NDPKs的研究方向,并展望了其在植物抗逆基因工程方面良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Research advances on the plant nucleoside diphosphate kinase(NDPKs,NDPK kinase EC 2.7.4.6) were summarized from the aspects such as classification,subcellular location,function and application in plant gene engineering.More attentions were paid to the analysis for the recent research advances on the NDPKs function.Not only the NDPKs as a housekeeping enzyme can maintain the intracellular levels of all(d)NTPs used in biosynthesis except for ATP,but also they are one group of multifunctional protein.The NDPKs participate in many vital cellular processes such as regulation of growth and development,signal transductioni n response to phytochrome A,UV-B irradiation,heat shock and oxidative stress,and even has the activity asn uclease.Finally,the research direction of the plant NDPKs was presented,and their application prospect sinp lant stress resistance genetic engineering were discussed so as to provide the reference for the further research.
