生物有机无机复混肥肥效评价及其对土壤微生物的影响

摘    要:自行研制生物有机无机复混肥。通过盆栽试验得出,生物有机无机复混肥对于提高土壤有效养分、植株全量养分含量与植株生物量均有显著效果。其肥效好于等量N、P、K的化肥处理。利用BIOLOG微平板方法分析土壤微生物功能多样性,结果表明,生物有机复混肥可增强土壤中微生物的活性,提高微生物多样性。

Abstract:In this study we manufactured a new type bio-organic compound fertilizer.The bio-organic compound fertilizer could significantly enhance the content of nutrients in the soil and the content of the nutrient and the biomass of the corn plant through the pot culture.The efficiency of bio-organic compound fertilizer was much better than the chemical fertilizer such as N,P,K.The effect of the bio-organic compound fertilizer on soil microbial ecology were measured by BIOLOG microplate technique.It was shown that bio-organic compound fertilizer could increase the microbial biodirersity.
