摘    要:针对柴油机燃油系统精密偶件磨损后的油压波形变化,采用高压油管压力波形识别的方法,测取磨损状态下的柱塞副、出油阀副、喷油器针阀副工作压力波形,研究高压油管压力波形所反映的偶件磨损状况。

Abstract:Considering the pressure wave variation of the weared pair parts in fuel system of diesel engine,the pressure waves of the plunger pair,fuel delivery valve pair and needle valve pair of fuel injector were measured under the weared conditions with the method of distinguishing the pressure waves in high pressure pipes so as to study the wearing degrees of the pair parts.
