寄主选择压力下玉米弯孢菌叶斑病菌致病性分化及生物学特性研究

摘要：采用寄主选择压力下得到的玉米弯孢叶斑病菌菌株作为研究对象，对其进行致病力分化测定，同时比较其在温度、pH值、碳源、氮源利用和光照等条件下的差异。结果表明：经继代培养得到的菌株存在致病性差异，并且在相同寄主上能产生不同类型的病斑，病斑大小、形状存在差异，说明经继代培养得到的菌株有致病性分化现象。不同致病类型的菌株的菌落形态、最适碳氮源、最适pH值有所不同。

Pathogenecity Differentiation and Biological Character of Curvularia lunata under the host selection pressure
