L—刀豆氨酸对菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)幼虫生长发育及取食的影响

摘    要:通过饲喂含有L—刀豆氨酸的中国白菜叶片,L—刀豆氨酸对菜蛾幼虫的生长发育影响表现为:直接杀死幼虫,幼虫体重减轻,幼虫生长发育延缓,蛹及成虫畸形。2龄幼虫对L—刀豆氨酸的反应程度取决于刀豆氨酸的浓度,至少在0.012—0.048mg/cm2范围L—刀豆氨酸与幼虫的反应呈正相关。L—刀豆氨酸对菜蛾幼虫有一定的拒食作用。本研究为探索防治害虫的新路奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Effect of L-canvanine on the development of larvae of P.xylostella by feeding Chinses cabbage leaf squares freated with L-canavanine included larval mortality, decreased gained body weight , metamorphic disorder and morphological abbezations.2 nd instar larvae of P.xylostella response to L-cavaanine was concertration-dependent at least over a range of 0^012_0^048 mg/cm 2.L-canavanine also exhibited antifeeding activity on larvae of P. xylostella by a leaf aera consumed test.
