摘    要:以小麦矮秆种质系山农31504-1作父本与中国春杂交,获得F2分离群体。利用定位于2A染色体上的179对SSR、EST-SSR引物,采用BSA法,对亲本及197株F2分离群体单株进行SSR分析,筛选出2个与矮秆基因紧密连锁的SSR标记(Xwm c522、Xwm c198),其遗传距离分别为5.4 cM、3.2 cM,可用于分子标记辅助选择。

Abstract:In this study,the cross between dwarf germplasm line Shannong 31504-1 and Chinese Spring was carried out for constructing F2 segregation population.By Bulked segregating analysis(BSA) and SSR analysis with 179 pairs of SSR and EST-SSR primer located on 2A chromesome on 197 individuals of F2 segregation population and their parents,two SSR markers(Xwmc522 and Xwmc198) that linked to the dwarf gene in Shannong 31504-1 were screened.The dwarf gene was shown to be closely linked to the marker Xwmc522 and Xwmc198 at a genetic distance of 5.4 cM and 3.2 cM respectively.They could be used in marker-assisted selection directly.
