| 摘 要： | 爱岗敬业是教师基本的职业道德,社会和经济的发展对教师提出了更高的要求,新时期赋予爱岗敬业精神更新的内涵。因此,教师践行爱岗敬业精神,需要从加强师德修养、提高业务水平、关爱学生、勇于创新等方面全面提升自身的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Dedication in work stands for the teachers,basic professional ethics.The development of society and economy has put forward higher demand on teachers, The New Period endows newer connotation to the spirit of dedicationin.Therefore,to fulfill the spirit of dedicationin,teachers need to promote the personal comprehensive quality from strengthening moral culture of teachers,elevating professional level,loving for students,having the courage to innovate,etc. |
