摘    要:以土壤水分,肥力、质地及酸碱度等土壤环境条件下SCN发生数量,分析这些因子对SCN繁殖的影响.结果表明,土壤水分抑制孢囊的生长,干旱条件下孢囊繁殖力强;土壤肥力高(有机质含量高,N,P,K含量高),SCN繁殖力低.通透性好的土壤中SCN的繁殖力也高,沙土较壤土中孢囊量多;土壤中性(PH6.5)时孢囊繁殖量最多,在偏酸性土壤中孢囊繁殖量大于偏碱性,但过酸或过碱(<pH5.3>pH8.0)都不利于SCN的生长.

Abstract:The Reproductive capacity of soybean cyst nematode(SCN)is closely related to the soil environment where itlives .The effects of moisture,fertility,texture and pH value in the soil on SCN's reproduction were studied.The results showed that high moisture ih soil restrained SCN's growth, and that SCN's reproductive capacity was high in dry soil. SCN's reproductive capacity was low in the highly fertilic soil which contained high percentages of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. As the SCN's reproductive capacity was high in well-acrated and water-permcable soil, SCN's reproductivity was higher in sandy soil than loam soil. SCN's reproductive capacity was the highest in neutral soil(pH6.5),and was higher in acid soil than in alkaline soil. High acidity(pH8) was harmful to SCN's growth.
