热激处理对甘蓝幼苗热害指数的影响

摘    要:以耐热性不同的3个甘蓝品种(夏光、西园4号、京丰1号)为材料,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计(包括热激温度、热激时间2个因子)对种子进行热激处理,在苗期测定了热激处理对热害指数的影响。结果表明,热激处理对甘蓝幼苗热害指数有显著影响,幼苗热害指数表现为:京丰一号>西园四号>夏光;得出了最佳热激处理组合为42℃,2.3 h。

Abstract:By the application of response surface design,the research on the effects of heat shock on three cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.) varieties(Xia Guang,Xi Yuan number 4,Jingfeng number 1) seeds was done for the selection of the different heat-resistant ability,The results showed that the heat shock treatment had a significant effect on the leaf heat injury index,the index sequence was Jingfeng No.1> Xi Yuan No.4>Xia Guang;and the best heat shock condition was 42.30 ℃ for 2.26 hours.
