| Abstract: | It is important significance to construct Xining become gardens city because it is astrategic passage between Xining and Qinghai-Xizang plateau according from the climate characters of not cold in winter and not hot in summer,there are advance conditions to build green Xining gardens city.Some problems were analyzed from the dates of achievements had been made.Improvement measures were suggested for construction green gardens Xining city. |
