CO_2超临界萃取印楝素的研究

摘    要:文中利用超临界CO2 萃取印楝素 通过考察萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2 的流量、提携剂的种类以及料液比等因素对萃取产率的影响, 发现较适宜的萃取条件为: 萃取温度为32℃,萃取压力为32MPa, CO2 流量为10kg·h-1, 较佳提携剂为甲醇, 料液比为1∶3 该条件下印楝素A的萃取率为0 220%

Abstract:A method of extracting azadirachtin from Azadirachta indica with CO_2 supercritical fluid extraction was studied.The factors on pressure, temperature,CO_2 flow rate,solvent and ratios of solvent that have an effect on the yield were systematically studied.The results showed that the yield is highest under a suitable condition of CH_3OH as solvent and ratios of solvent 1∶3((g·mL~(-1))),extract pressure 32 MPa,extract temperature 32 ℃,CO_2 flow rate 10 kg·h~(-1),and the yield of azadirachtin was 0.220%.
