服务于基本生存服务体系建设的农民教育研究

从2004年以来,我国一直重视城乡统筹和农民教育的问题,连续几年的"中央一号"文件为城乡统筹进程中的农民教育提供了政策依据。在城乡统筹过程中,基本生存服务体系是公共服务体系的前提和基础,农民教育"催化"城乡基本生存服务建设统筹工作由量变到质变。为了促进城乡基本生存服务体系建设,推动城乡公共服务均等化、城乡一体化进程,就要充分发挥农民教育的"引领"作用,进而对农民教育提出相应要求。

Research on Farmer's Education in Process of Basic Survival Service System Construction

The CPC central committee has always paid attention to the urban and rural coordination and farmers' education since 2004.At the same time,the Central First Document has provided the policy basis for the rural farmers' education.In the process of overall urban-rural development,the basic survival service system works as the foundation of the urban and rural public service system,and the farmers' education does benefit to its construction to some extent.In order to promote the construction of the basic survival services system,the equalization and integration of public service between urban-rural areas,it's essential for us to give full play to the education of farmers to have better function,and then the corresponding requirements for farmers' education were put forward.
