| 摘 要： | 选用20对引物在大汉梅群体中进行RAPD扩增，共检测出185个位点，其中多态性位点39个，群体的多态频率为21．1％。数据分析结果显示：群体内个体之间的遗传相似系数为0．566～0．979，平均值为0．846，遗传信息较为稳定。通过对群体遗传结构特点及繁殖性能生产记录进行分析，群体总产仔数和活产仔数均达到显著水平（P〈0．05），可为其建系和选育提供依据，并为以后进一步研究提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | 20 random primers were selected to RAPD amplify in the Danhanmei population.In this reseach 185 loci were produced including 39 polymorphic loci.Polymorphic frequency is 21.1% in the population.The data analysis results showed: coefficient of genetic likeness of each is 0.566-0.979.Average is 0.846.Genetic stability is better.Analyze genetic structure characters and productive record of reproductive properties,total litter size and alive litter size arrive significantly difference(P<0.05).It may provide foundation for building line and breeding and provide theoretical base for study in the future. |
