大孔树脂对沙枣鞣质的吸附及解吸性能研究

摘    要:采用7种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对沙枣中提取的沙枣鞣质进行静态吸附及解吸、动态吸附及解吸试验,以确定纯化沙枣鞣质的最佳大孔吸附树脂。静态吸附试验结果表明,LSA-58、AB-8、X-5和NKA-9型大孔树脂对沙枣鞣质均具有较强的吸附和解吸性能,其中AB-8型大孔树脂对沙枣鞣质的动态吸附率为74.96%,动态解吸率为92.73%。

Study on Adsorption and Desorption Properties of Macroporous Resin on Elaeagnus angustifolia Tannin

Abstract:The tests of static adsorption and desorption and the dynamic adsorption and desorption of 7 kinds of macroporous resin on Elaeagnus angustifolia tannin extracted from E. angustifolia were conducted to determine the optimum macroporous resin for purifying E. angustifolia tannin. The results of static adsorption test showed that the macroporous resin of LSA-58,AB-8,X-5 and NKA-9 all had strong adsorption and desorption properties on E. angustifolia tannin,the dynamic adsorption and desorption rates of AB-8 macroporous resin on E. angustifolia tannin were 74.96% and 92.73% resp..
