| 摘 要： | 调查和鉴定了两广（广东、广西）地区香蕉根际寄生线虫的种类。从两广地区香蕉根际的62份样品中。共分离得到11属13种具口针的线虫：发生最普遍的线虫为根结属（Meloidogyne Goeldi），两省区香蕉根结线虫病（Root—Knot Nematode．RKN）病原为南方根结线虫M.incognita（Kofoid et White）Chitwood]和爪哇根结线虫M.javanica（Treub）Chitwood]的混合群体：其它分布较广的种包括肾形肾状线虫（Rotylenchulus reniformis Linford et Oilveira）、双宫螺旋线虫Helicotylenchus dihystera（Cobb）Sher]、南方丝尾垫刃线虫（Filenchus australis Xie et Feng）和燕麦滑刃线虫（Aphelenchus avenae Bastian）等：厚皮拟毛刺线虫（Paratrichodorus pachydermus Seinhorst）、装饰小环线虫Criconemella ornata（Raski）Luc et Raski]、松拟盘旋线虫（Pararotylenchus pini Mamiya）、裸矮化线虫（Tylenchorhynchus maxbnus Allen）、普通丝尾垫刃线虫（Filenchus vulgaris Brzeski）、短小茎线虫（Ditylenchus，nanus Siddiqi）和蘑菇拟滑刃线虫（Aphelenchoides conimucronatus Bessarabova）等为零星发生的种类。其中，拟毛刺属（Paratrichodorus Siddiqi）线虫首次在国内香蕉上报道。所有样本中均未检出穿孔线虫（Radopholus spp．）和短体线虫（Pratylenchus spp．）。
