摘    要:对经"实践八号"育种卫星搭载雪里蕻进行小孢子培养研究。结果表明:雪里蕻小孢子分离12 d后肉眼可见胚状体,28 d后获得子叶期胚状体;雪里蕻平均每花蕾胚状体产量为6.1个;在不含激素B5培养基中的一次萌发率为38%,在含有激素的B5-1培养基中为27%;在含有激素的B5-2培养基中的次生萌发率为62%;共获得165株雪里蕻再生植株。

Abstract:A useful procedure was described for the microspore culture in potherb mustard(Brassica juncea var.multiceps) whose seeds had been carried back by China's seed-breeding satellite,Shijian-8.The results showed that during microspores culture,embryos were visibly observed within 12 days after isolation,and cotyledon-shaped embryos were obtained within 28 days.About 6.1 embryos per flower bud were obtained on average.The first germinated rate for embryos was 38 percent in B5 solid medium without hormone,and 27 percent in B5-1 solid medium with hormone,while the second germinated rate was 62 percent in B5-2 with hormone.A total of 165 regenerated plants were obtained.
