| 摘 要： | 分析了国际上现代节水灌溉应用基础与关键技术研究及重大设备和产品研发领域的发展态势,总结了我国节水灌溉技术体系的现状以及节水灌溉技术与国外的差距、存在技术瓶颈,在节水灌溉技术水平的全面提升、节水灌溉设备与产品更新换代,农业节水发展的新模式与新机制等方面,提出了节水灌溉发展的技术支撑体系目标与主要建设内容。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes international advanced water saving irrigation and the key technical researches as well as the tendency on key equipments and products development.It introduces the situation of China water saving irrigation system and indicates the technical bottleneck and the gap with other countries on water saving irrigation techniques.Objectives and major components on water saving irrigation technical supporting system have been raised for the improvement of water saving irrigation,upgrading of water saving equipments and new model and mechanism of agricultural water saving development. |
