蜡样芽孢杆菌B-02菌株培养基及培养条件的优化

摘    要:为研究培养条件对蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)B-02菌株生长和对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis ci-nerea)抑菌活性的影响,分别采用分光光度计法、琼脂孔扩散法和杯碟法进行Bacillus cereusB-02菌株的菌体量和抑菌活性的测定。结果表明,B-02菌株的最佳培养条件为:装液量50 ml(250 ml三角瓶),接种量1%(V/V),转速140 r/min,温度32℃,初始pH值为9.0的NB培养基中培养36 h;在此条件下B-02菌株抑菌活性比初始条件提高16.22%。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of culture conditions on the growth and antimicrobial activity of B.cereus strain B-02 against Botrytis cinerea,the methods of spectrometer,agar diffusion bioassay and well test were used respectively to quantify the bacterium as well as its antimicrobial activity.The best culture conditions were 50 ml NB medium in 250 ml flask with 1% inoculum concentration(V/V),140 r/min rotation speed,32℃,pH 9.0 and 36 hours.The antimicrobial activity of B-02 had been increased 16.22%over the beginning.
