摘    要:目的]探究干旱胁迫对西府海棠实生苗、贴梗海棠实生苗和贴梗海棠扦插苗生理特性的影响。方法]采用随机区组设计,利用盆栽控水方法对各种苗木叶片水势、电导率、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)酶活性进行测定。结果]随着干旱加剧,各种苗木土壤含水量不断下降,西府海棠实生苗叶片水势和电导率普遍低于贴梗海棠,其脯氨酸含量积累峰值出现较晚,SOD酶活性最高,3种苗木POD酶活性上升趋势基本一致。结论]西府海棠实生苗抗旱能力强于贴梗海棠实生苗和扦插苗。

Effects of Drought Stress on the Physiological Characteristics of Malus spectabilis and Chaenomeles speciosa

Abstract:Objective]The aim of this research was to discuss the effects of drought stress on the physiological characteristics of Malus spectabilis seedlings, Chaenomeles speciosa seedlings and cuttings . Method] The leaf water potential, the electrical conductivity, the proline content, the activities of SOD and POD were studied by pot experiment with the randomized block arrangement and controlled irrigation. Result] The content of soil water declined with the degree of drought stress aggravated, and the leaf water potential and the electrical conductivity of Malus spectabilis seedlings were lower than Chaenomeles speciosa. The peak of proline content appeared later and the activities of SOD were the most. POD activity of them owned the same upward trend basically. Conclusion] The capacity of drought resistance of Malus spectabilis seedlings were stronger than Chaenomeles speciosa seedlings and cuttings.
