不同肥料对莴笋硝酸盐含量及生长特性的影响

摘    要:选用3种肥料,研究有机、无机复合肥和有机无机复合肥对莴笋(Lactucasativavar.angustanaIrish)积累硝酸盐及其生长特性的影响。结果表明,在半砂半泥土和紫色大土上,植株硝酸盐含量均以施用农家肥最低(半砂半泥土为279·5mg/kg,紫色大土为335 2mg/kg),施用三元复合肥最高(相应为560 7mg/kg、604 4mg/kg),施用恒昌多元有机营养肥居中(相应为365 1mg/kg、419 8mg/kg),差异达极显著水准。而且紫色大土上生产的莴笋的硝酸盐含量高于半砂半泥土,施肥后3d硝酸盐含量高于施肥前3d。3种肥料处理的莴笋产量、植株高度和开展度差异均不显著。

Effect of Three Different Fertilizers on Lettuce Growth Character and Nitrate Content in Lettuce (Lactuca sativa var angustana Irish)
Abstract:In order to study the effects of organic fertilizer, organic mineral compound fertilizer and mineral compound fertilizer on Lettuce Growth Character and Nitrate Content in Lettuce (Lactuca sativa var angustana Irish), three kinds of fertilizers were used. The results are following: There is most significant different nitrate content when three different fertilizers are used. The lowest nitrate content happens when pig manure is used on both sandy loam soil and clay loam soil (2795?mg/kg on sandy loam soil and 3352?mg/kg on clay loam soil). The second nitrate content is resulted from when Heng chang multiple element organic fertilizer (3651?mg/kg on sandy loam soil and 4198?mg/kg on clay loam soil) is used. The highest nitrate content happens when three element compound fertilizer (5607?mg/kg on sandy loam soil and 6044?mg/kg on clay loam soil) is used. The nitrate content on sandy loam soil is higher than that on clay loam soil, while the nitrate content three days before using fertilizer is lower than that three days after using fertilizer. There is no significant difference on Lettuce yield, plant height and open wide when three different fertilizers are used.
