摘    要:通过对协优9308的5个浓度处理盆栽试验,对水稻主茎叶片的生长速率,重金属Cd对水稻分蘖期叶、鞘、根中矿质元素积累的影响进行了研究,结果表明:(1)水稻叶片的生长受低浓度Cd处理促进,高浓度抑制其生长,与矿质元素在叶片和叶鞘中的积累有正相关的趋势。(2)矿质元素在水稻的叶和鞘中的积累受重金属Cd抑制,但在根中矿质元素除Cu外与Cd的相关关系不显著。(3)Cu在叶、鞘、根中的含量与Cd含量显著负相关,P的含量与Cd含量再叶中成显著正相关。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted using for Xieyou9308 to study the realation between Cd concentration and mineral nutrition metabolism in leaf, sheath, root, Effect of cadmium on rate of leaf growth in tillering stage. Cd was added into soil at five treatments: (T0)0.78mg/kg, (T1)0.99mg/kg, (T2) 2.69mg/kg, (T3)6.01mg/kg, (T4) 102.53mg/kg. The results were as follows: (1) rate of leaf growth increased under light level Cd stress, but restrained under high soil Cd concentration; there was positive correlation between rate of leaf growth and mineral content in leaf and sheath. (2) nutrition concentration in leaf and sheath was restrained under high soil Cd concentration, but mineral nutrition concentration was not so serious was restrained in root. (3) there was negative correlation between Cu content and Cd content in leaf , sheath and root. But positive correlation between P and Cd content in leaf.
