| 摘 要： | 研究HPLC法测定女贞子中齐墩果酸的含量。测定结果发现,齐墩果酸的进样量为0.17~3.50μg,峰面积与进样量之间线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.4%。该方法可用于测定女贞子中齐墩果酸的含量,结果准确,重复性好。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we developed an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.The result showed there were good linearity between peak area and injection quantity of oleanolic acid in the range of 0.17～3.50 μg.The average recovery was 95.4% for oleanolic acid.The method could detect oleanolic acid in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi. |
