摘    要:肌动蛋白是真核生物中最丰富的蛋白质之一,分布于整个细胞中,能通过聚合形成微丝。微丝是细胞支架的重要组成部分,维持细胞形态,同时能参与细胞的许多生物学过程。随着对肌动蛋白生物学特性研究的不断深入,它在分子生物学及动物病理学中的应用受到广泛的关注。本文从分子生物学水平对肌动蛋白的结构、装配动力学以及生物学功能进行系统综述,为肌动蛋白的研究提供相关重要信息。

Abstract:Actin is one of the most abundant proteins in eukaryotes. It exists in the whole cell. It forms microfilaments by polymerization. Microfilaments are the main components of the cytoskeleton, which constitute cell scaffolds, maintain cell morphology and involved in many biological processes of cells. With the deep research of actin biological properties, its application in molecular biology and animal pathology has been received extensive attention. This article aims to review the structure, assembly kinetics and biological functions of actin from the molecular biology level, and provide important information for actin-related research content and methods.
