小球藻对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饮水中添加小球藻液对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,将720只23周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复60只鸡。对照组常规自由饮水,试验组的饮水中每天加入30 mL/只小球藻液,2组均饲喂基础日粮。在相同饲养环境下,观察23~25、30~34周龄产蛋率并在33周龄收集新鲜鸡蛋测定蛋品质及营养成分。预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:饮水中添加小球藻液对蛋鸡生产性能无显著影响,能显著提高蛋黄粗蛋白质含量,但感官评价的蛋黄颜色得分极显著低于对照组。

Abstract:The effects of Chlorella nutrient solution added into drinking water on production performance and egg quality of laying hens was investigated. Singlefactor completely random design was introduced. A total of 720 Hy-Line brown hens were divided into two groups with 6 replicates per group and 60 hens per replicate. The control group was given free access to water and the test group was added the chlorella solution to the drinking water at 30 mL per chicken, two groups were fed with basal diet. In the same environment, the pre-feeding period was 7 days. Egg production rates were observed from 23 to 25 weeks and 30 to 34 weeks. The fresh eggs were collected at 33 weeks to determine egg quality and nutrients. The results indicated that Chlorella solution had no significant effect on the performance; It could significantly increase the crude protein content of egg yolk(P<0.05), but the sensory evaluation of yolk color score was sign ificantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).
