瓜类蔓枯病研究进展

摘    要:瓜类作物是我国重要的农作物,包括西瓜、甜瓜、黄瓜等。蔓枯病是瓜类作物上发生的一种重要的真菌性病害,近年来逐渐在我国西瓜甜瓜产区流行蔓延,并呈日益加重的趋势,严重危害瓜类产业的健康发展。笔者从瓜类蔓枯病发生与危害、蔓枯病菌分类地位、蔓枯病菌产孢条件和鉴定方法、诱导抗性反应、抗性遗传机制和分子标记、防治措施等方面进行综述,对未来瓜类蔓枯病的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Cucurbitaceae crops is an important crop in China,including watermelon,melon,cucumber.Gummy stem blight is one of the most important fungal disease of cucurbits.In recent years,gummy stem blight is increasingly epidemic in melon and watermelon production areas,which threatens industrial development of cucurbitacae production.The following topics were discussed in this review:the occurrence and damage of gummy stem blight,classification of pathogens,condition and identification of spore producing,mechanism of systemic induced resistance,genetic resistance,molecular markers and control strategies.The future research direction of gummy stem blight was also proposed.
