催青过程中温、湿度对蚕卵孵化率的影响

为了提高蚕卵的孵化率。将蚕卵放置在不同温度、湿度的环境中进行催青,通过对比研究温、湿度对蚕卵孵化率的影响。室温催青经过10 d完成,孵化率90.0%以上,温度大于30.0℃的催青时间是8 d,孵化率只有60.0%~70.0%。在其他催青标准相同条件下,空气湿度在70.0%~80.0%的孵化率比湿度在90.0%以上的要高。室温19.9~24.5℃,1日孵化率高,催青效果好;在相同温度下,湿度在70.0%~80.0%1日孵化率较高。蚕卵催青过程中温度设置在19.9~24.5℃,湿度保持在70.0%~80.0%,蚕卵孵化率最高,达98.3%。

Influence of Temperature and Humidity on the Hatching Rate of Silkworm Eggs in the Incubation Process

The study aimed to enhance the hatching rate of silkworm eggs.Through incubating silkworm eggs in the environments with different temperatures and humidity,the influence of temperature and humidity on the hatching rate of silkworm eggs was studied by comparison.The silkworm eggs incubation was accomplished at room temperature for 10 d,with the hatching rate over 90.0%.It was accomplished at the temperature over 30 ℃ for 6 d,with the hatching rate ranging from 60.0% to 70.0%.Under the conditions that the other incubation standards were same,the hatching rate with air humidity ranging from 70.0% to 80.0% was higher than that of air humidity exceeded 90.0%.In room temperature variation scope(19.9～24.5 ℃),the hatching rate for one day was high and the incubation effect was good.At the same temperature,the hatching rate for one day with humidity ranged from 70.0% to 80.0% was higher.When the temperature was set at 19.9～24.5 ℃ in the incubation procedure of silkworm eggs and the humidity was kept at 70.0%～80.0%,the hatching rate of silkworm eggs was highest,being 98.3%.
