Soil amendment by the addition of waste solution from mushroom culture

The absorption kinetic parameters of NO - 3 by some crop seedlings, which were cultured in vermiculite medium, were investigated. The aim was to determine the measurement methods. In order to obtain reliable and true data, the following aspects should be taken into consideration: the crops should absorb enough ions in a limited time, the treatment number of absorption series should be 8 or more, the transformations of Mischerlisch Equation should be used to simulate the data and, in the meantime, correlation coefficients should be applied to evaluate the precision of the kinetic parameters.
