果品内在品质无损检测技术的研究进展

摘    要:该文综述了目前国内外果品内在品质的无损检测技术——近红外分析法、声学特性分析法、X射线分析法、计算机视觉技术及电、磁特性法的研究进展,简单介绍了果品的无损检测技术在国内外的应用现状,并提出发展意见。

Abstract:The research development of nondestructive determination technologies such as near infrared analysis, acoustics properties' analysis, X ray analysis method, computer vision technology, and electrical and magnetic characteristics methods, for fruits' internal qualities in the world was discussed in this paper. The domestic and foreign application status of fruits' nondestructive technologies was introduced simply, and the development proposals were presented.
