“黄金冠”桃及其品系亲缘关系分析研究

目的]分析黄金冠桃及其品系的亲缘关系。方法]应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)技术,对锦绣、黄金冠、黄桃19、锦黄2号、锦黄3号和锦黄4号(均属于黄桃)6个品种(品系)进行过氧化物酶同工酶电泳分析,并通过聚类分析法对其亲缘关系进行研究。结论]结果表明,黄金冠与锦绣亲缘关系最为相近,与其他品系间的亲缘关系较远。结论]该研究对黄金冠及其品系的分类、品种鉴定、新品种选育及其优势利用提供科学依据。

Study on Genetic Relationship among Gold Crown and Other Species

Objective] The purpose was to study genetic relationship among gold crown and other species.Method]Fairview,gold crown,peach 19,Wong Kam 2,Wong Kam 3 and Wong Kam 4 were analyzed by using polyarylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE);and their relationship was studied by cluster analysis methods.Result]The results indicated that the genetic relationship between gold crown and fairview was closest,but it was rather farness between gold crown and peach 19,Wong Kam 2,Wong Kam 3 and Wong Kam 4.Conclusion]This study will provide scientific basis for classification,varieties identification,new variety choice and advantage utilization of gold crown and other species.
