| 摘 要： | 褐变问题是植物组织培养中经常遇到的问题,已经成为影响组织培养成功的重要因素。结合近些年的研究,对褐变发生的原因、影响褐变的因素以及控制褐变的措施进行了综述,以期为解决褐变问题提供理论依据。
