| 摘 要： | EST-SSR标记是根据表达序列标签（Expressed Sequence Tag，EST）序列而开发的新型分子标记，与传统的基因组SSR相比具有开发费用相对较低、快捷获取基因表达信息、物种间通用性好等突出优点，尤其适用于未完成基因组测序的作物。本文对近年来蔬菜作物中EST-SSR标记的开发和应用进展进行了简述与展望，以期推动EST-SSR标记在蔬菜作物中的进一步应用。

| Abstract: | EST-SSR markers are newly-developed molecular markers based on expressed sequence tags(EST)sequences.Compared with traditional genome SSR,EST-SSR is mainly characterized by low development cost,convenient access to gene expression data,and wide applicability in species,which is particularly useful for crops without completion of genome sequencing.This article reviews the progress made in developing and applying EST-SSR markers in vegetable crops during recent years.It is expected to promote the further application of EST-SSR marker in vegetable crops. |
