摘 要: | [目的]分析细菌型微生物肥料菌群结构。[方法]采用第二代高通量测序技术对细菌型微生物肥料菌群结构进行分析。[结果]产品中测序出的111个OUT具体分属于24个属的细菌,其中共有21个OUT鉴定到种;植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)和短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)占菌群的主要位置,分别是96.29%和0.66%,其他菌占3.05%;该样品中含有假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.),这提示样品中可能含有植物病原细菌。[结论]将第二代高通量测序技术用于微生物肥料菌群分析,为进出口微生物肥料产品的快速分析提供了一种方法。

Abstract: | [Objective]To study the bacterial community structure of import microbial fertilizers.[Method]Next generation sequencing technique was used to analyze the bacterial community structure of import microbial fertilizers.[ Result] 111 OUTs were identified as 24 genus.Lactobacil-lus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis accounted for 96.29% and 0.66%, and the other bacteria accounted for 3.05%.Pseudomonas sp.has been found which means plant pathogenic bacteria may contain in this product.[Conclusion]Next generation sequencing technique has been de-veloped for analyzing the bacterial community structure of microbial fertilizers, which can be used for the import or export of microbial fertilizers. |
