摘    要:利用六盘水市3个县气象观测站和225个区域自动站2016年10月—2017年8月逐日气象资料,分析气候条件对2017年粮油作物生长季的影响.结果表明,2016年10月—2017年8月六盘水市平均气温13.1~15.2℃、降水量1082.5~1173.7 mm、日照时数962.1~1505.8 h;与常年同期相比,气温除南部地区略偏低外,其余地区比常年同期偏高0.9℃;降水除北部地区偏多13%外,其余地区偏少11%~16%;日照除南部地区偏多1%外,其余地区偏少3%~5%.在作物生育期内,热量充足,光照较适中,降水较充足,阶段性气象灾害较重,但总体气候条件较好,有利于作物正常生长发育.但6月中旬—7月中旬的多雨寡照,有利于作物病虫害的发生.

Abstract:Using the meteorological data from county meteorological observation station and 225 regional automatic stations in the three counties of Liupanshui City from October 2016 to August 2017,the effects of climatic conditions on the growth seasons of grain and oil crops in 2017 were analyzed.The results showed that the average temperature of Liupanshui was 13.1 - 15.2 ℃,the precipitation was 1082.5 - 1173.7 mm,the sunshine hours was 962.1 -1505.8 h from October 2016 to August 2017.Compared with the same period of ordinary year, the temperature in addition to the south slightly low,the remaining area was 0.9 ℃ higher than that of the same period of ordinary year;Precipitation in addition to the northern region of more than 13%, the remaining area less than 11% to 16%;Rizhao in addition to the southern region of more than 1%, the remaining area less than 3% to 5%.During the period of the crop, the heat was abundant, the light was moderate, the precipitation was more abundant, the periodic meteorological disaster was heavier, but the overall climate condition was better, which was conducive to the normal growth and development of crops.However, the number of rainy photos was favorable for crop pests and diseases from mid -June to mid -July.
