摘 要: | 扁平滴头体积小、用量大,需要一模多腔模具生产。介绍了一模六十四腔扁平滴头的模具设计及试模,利用Cimatron E软件对塑料件的体积、质量及结构进行了分析和设计,既保证了模具的设计效率,又提高了生产精度。对扁平滴头的分模、浇注系统、冷却系统、顶出系统等进行了详细设计,同时进行了试模生产,对试模产品进行了检测和分析,结果 100%合格,可以根据检测结果优化产品。该研究对类似产品的一模多腔设计有较高的借鉴意义。

Design of Dripper Injection Mold with 64-Cavity and Mould Trial |

Abstract: | Dripper is a production with large production demand and small size ,The product need molds with multi-cavity.The mould design ofA 64-cavity mold flat dripper and test mode,using CimatronE software to the plastic parts of the size,quality and structure are analyzed and de-signed,which ensure the efficiency of mold design,and improve the accuracy of production.On the flat dripper parting,gating system,cooling sys-tem,ejector system to carry out the detailed design and test mode of production,the mold product was measured and analyzed.Results 100%qual-ified,the detection results can optimize the product.The studies are of high reference significance to the first mock exam of similar products to the design of multi cavity. |
