氨基寡糖素处理对玉米苗期生长的影响

摘    要:[目的]评价氨基寡糖素对玉米苗期生长的影响。[方法]以氨基寡糖素不同浓度及不同处理时间对玉米进行拌种处理,考察玉米壮苗各指标。[结果]氨基寡糖素处理效果与氨基寡糖素的浓度及处理时间关系密切,只有氨基寡糖素浓度和处理时间搭配适宜,才能达到预期的效果。[结论]有利于玉米壮苗的处理方式是氨基寡糖素浓度为5.0%拌种、放置12 h晾干。

Abstract:[Objective] Effect of amino oligosaccharin on the growth of maize in seedling was studied .[ Method] The seeds were treated with amino oligosaccharin in different concentrations and different processing time, then the index of strong seedling was investigated.[ Result] The effect of amino oligosaccharide treatment was closely related to the concentration and processing time .Only the relationship between concentra-tion of amino oligosaccharide and processing time was proper to achieve the desired effect.[Conclusion]The best approach to maize seedling is as follows:amino oligosaccharin concentration 5.0%, dressing for 12 hours to dry.
