摘    要:目的]分析结节数对多花黄精产量和生长发育的影响,为多花黄精的规模化、规范化种植提供科学依据。方法]以6种不同规格结节数的多花黄精种茎为材料进行栽培研究,采用单因素随机区组设计,将多花黄精种茎按照结节数从2~7分为6个处理,对不同处理下多花黄精的产量,种茎出苗时间、成活率,病虫害,田间长势,块茎外观指标进行了统计分析。结果]结节数3为多花黄精产出最适规格;结节数为4出苗最快;结节数3~5的成活率均大于96%;结节数小于6个发病率低;结节数在3~5节较利于植株的生长和发育。结论]不同结节数处理对多花黄精其产量和生长发育均有一定影响,其中3~5节结节数的种茎为最适规格。

Effects of Stem Nodule Numbers on Yield and Growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to analyze the effect of stem nodule numbers to yield and growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema, and provide scientific basis for scale and standardized plant of Polygonatum cyrtonema.Method]Chosen six kinds of nodule number of Polygona-tum cyrtonema stems to conduct cultivation research, and use single factor randomized block design, Polygonatum cyrtonema stems were divid-ed into six treatments, according to the number of nodules from two to seven, under different treatments of herbs production.Through statistical analysis stem emergence time, rate of survival,plant diseases and insect pests, growth condition in fields, tuber appearance indicators. Re-sult]Nodule number of three was best for output;Nodule number of four was fast germinate;Nodule number 3-5, the survival rate of not less than 96%;Nodule number was less than 6 with low plant disease;Nodule number between 3-5 were more conducive to plant growth. Conclu-sion] Different nodule number treatments have a certain influence on the yield and growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema.The best sizes of stem nodule number are three to five.
