| 摘 要： | 电子克隆是随着基因组计划和EST计划的发展而产生和发展起来的一种克隆功能基因的新方法。随着玉米(Zea mays L)大量EST序列的公布,使得这项技术在玉米上的应用成为可能。介绍了玉米电子克隆的原理、方法与过程,并通过实例证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | In silico cloning is a new way of gene-cloning by bioinfomatics,which developed with genome enforcement and EST project. Registering of lots of maize(Zea mays L) ESTs in GenBank makes it possible to make use of this technology on maize study. The principle,method and process of in silico cloning was introduced.Furthermore,the feasibility and availability of this method were proved by an example. |
