铰接客车建模及有限元分析

摘    要:针对铰接客车使用工况及结构特点,对其车身及关键部位进行了有限元建模,采用人机工程学理论考虑了更详细的坐姿和站姿乘客载荷的施加方法,并对其他载荷和约束的施加方法分别进行了改进。各危险工况仿真结果详尽反映了车身强度状况,指明了结构改进的方向。计算结果和应力测试结果对比表明模型可靠,建模分析方法适用,能有效指导结构设计。

Abstract:Based on the operation condition and structural characteristics of articulated bus,bus body and critical parts are modeling carefully.Human engineering theory is adopted to simulate the sitting-and standing-passengers more accurately.The application methods for other type loads and constraints are modified respectively.FE simulation results in critical cases show the strength of bus body in detail,while points out the areas which need reinforced.The comparison between FE simulation result and test data indicates that the FE model is reliable,new modeling and analysis method is available to guide the design of the bus body.
