摘    要:采用-0.2、-0.4、-0.6、-0.8-、1.2 MPa共5个PEG渗透势梯度模拟干旱胁迫,以黄花苜蓿作对照,探讨了扁蓿豆4个品系种子萌发期的抗旱性。结果表明:供试种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数与渗透胁迫强度呈显著至极显著负相关;综合分析扁蓿豆4个品系的耐旱性均高于黄花苜蓿,干旱对其各品系种子萌发的影响顺序为品系90-36品系93-21品系00-61品系00-81。PEG干旱胁迫对不同品系扁蓿豆种子萌发速度、幼苗生长势的影响大于萌发能力。

Abstract:Drought resistances of four Melilotoides ruthenica strains were evaluated based on their seeds were treated under PEG osmotic stress,which were-0.2 Mpa,-0.4 Mpa,-0.6 Mpa,-0.8 MPa and-1.2 Mpa,by using Medicago falcata as control.The result indicated the relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative germination index and relative vigor index were negative significant or extremely negative significant correlation with osmotic stress.It was found that drought resistance of Melilotoides ruthenica strains was higher than that of Medicago falcata based on relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative germination index,relative vigor index,relative root length and relative germination length.The drought-resistance ability of four Melilotoides ruthenicastrains was as 90-3693-2100-6100-81.The impact of osmotic stress on the speed of seed germination and seedling growth potential were higher than the impact on the germination capacity.
