| 摘 要： | 通过组建图书馆联盟增强图书馆的核心竞争力和互助合作,实现联盟内资源共建共享已被越来越多的图书馆认可和采纳。如何以图书馆联盟为平台,加快电子期刊与纸质期刊的双赢发展,取二者之长,实现电子期刊与纸质期刊的互补、共存,对图书馆期刊工作未来发展具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | By enhancing the core competitiveness and mutual library cooperation form library alliance, the alliance resource sharing has been more and more recognized and adopted by the library. How to look the library alliance as a platform, to speed up the electronic periodicals and paper periodical of win to win developments, take the two long, complementary, electronic periodicals and paper periodicals coexist, have important implications for the future development of Library Periodical work. |
