| 摘 要： | 对人工感染猪痢疾密螺旋体的28只小鼠组织病理学观察表明:在感染后1-5天,小鼠肠道以渗出性炎症为主。具体表现为粘膜下层水肿,血管充血,腺腔扩张、杯状细胞稍有增生;在感染后7-30天转变为以固有层和粘膜下层淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润孤立淋巴滤泡增生,生发中心增殖为主的变化。

| Abstract: | 28 mice were inoculated intragastriclly with Treponema hyodysenteriac(T.h. ). The histopathological observation of the affected intestines manifested anexudative inflammation with submucosa edema, hyperemia, slight proliferation of gobletcells, dilation of crypts, desqumation of the intestinal epithelia, and infiltration ofneutrephils, monocytes in the lamina propria (LP) and submucosa PID 1, 3, 5. Atdays 7, 11, 15 and day 30 postinoculation, the 1eslons changed gradully into amanifestation such as gut-associated lymphoid tissues hyperplasia, markly proliferationof germinal centres and increasing lymphocytes infiltration in the LP and submucosa |
