摘    要:本文采用氢化物无色散原子荧光法测定粮食和土壤中微量砷含量。实验中选择了测试时的最佳条件,包括介质酸度、还原剂KBH_4的浓度和流速、载气流量、原子化温度等。通过对标准溶液和统一参考样品的测定以及工作曲线线性关系的测试,表明方法的精密度高。通过回收率试验,证明方法的准确度好。我们对太湖地区糙米和小麦样品做了大量分析,证明该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确、干扰少、线性范围宽,特别对测定粮食中微量砷是十分有效的。

Abstract:The quantity of trace arsenic in grain and soil was determined by hydride nondispersion atomic fluorescence method.Appropriate conditions of measurement were selected in the experiment including the pH of the medium, reductive agent, the concentration and flowing velocity of KBH_4, rate of carrier gas and atomized temperture. On the basis of accuracy and reliability of the arsenic working solution which has been corrected checked, reference samples were determined and the linear relationship of the calibration curve were ploted, indicating that the method was highly precise, In the experiment of recovery rate the method was quite satisfactory.The analysis result from a large number of unpolished rice and wheat samples in Taihu Lake district showed that the method was simple, rapid sensitive, accurate, negligible in interference, broad in linear, and especially effective in the determination of trace arsenic in grain.
