| 摘 要： | 信患咨询人才作为信息咨询业的关键因素，其素质的高低直接决定了信息咨询业的水平。本文首先对照信患咨询对从业人员的要求，分析指出了我国信息咨询人力资源的不足，然后通过分析美国、德国、日本等咨询业发达国家的咨询人才培养模式，对我国信息咨询人才培养提出建议，以期为我国信息咨询业人才培养模式的完善提供帮助。

| Abstract: | As a key factor,talent＇s quality of consultation determines the quality of the information consultative industry. Contrasting with the industry requirements,some defects of consultative talent in China were pointed out. Via analyzing the talenttraining models of USA,Germany and Japan,some suggestions for Chinese talent-training model were gaven. In summary,the author hope that can provide some help in the improvement of Chinese talent-training model. |
