| 摘 要： | 随着农村经济社会的发展,农村住房状况发生了明显的变化,同时一些地区却出现了"空心村"现象."空心村"问题不仅造成了有限土地资源的严重浪费,而且还影响了农村面貌的改善,成为农村科学发展和新农居建设的"绊脚石".对灵寿县北洼村"空心村"状况进行了详细调查,并根据调查结果对形成"空心村"的原因进行了初步剖析,并提出了"空心村"治理建议.
