| 摘 要： | 用三种杜鹃花的茎尖组培快速繁殖,主要对增殖培养中激素种类与浓度进行了较深入的研究。根据本试验的增殖系数和培养时间推算,一个茎尖一年内可获得试管苗15000～20000株。

| Abstract: | Rapid propagation of shoot tips of three species of Rhododendron spp.was studied by adjusting the kinds and concentrations of hormones applicd to R. pulchrum,R.simsii and R.mucronulatum,2ip or Zeatin(ZT)was used for R. simsii and R.mucronulatum,but ZT for R.pulchrum.An average of 5 to 8 fold multiplication rate of shoots and an 8 to 12 fold multiplication rate of itiate stem sections of three rhododendron species were produced after 1.5 months of culture.The harvested shoots were rooted in R+IBA at 5mg/1+0.... |
